By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service.

I. REQUESTING

​

✤ Message me when you are determined to commission me and send me your character(s) reference.

✤ Write your ideas clearly. As for reference, please at least include photo usage (expression, pose, background, etc.)  in the photo names.

✤ If you cannot decide a design, pose or background, you can ask me to help you provide the sketch ideas, but only when you have sent at least half the payment.

✤ I have the right to decline your commission if:

1. Failing to follow the rules provided

2. Acting rude, ill behavior, actions that make me feel uncomfortable

✤ Please understand that I could also refuse your commission request if I’m not confident in doing it.

II. PAYMENT

​

✤ 50/50 Payment (Half Payment): 50% payment for the line sketch, 50% for finishing the artwork.

✤ Half Payment is only available for price that exceeds 80$

✤ Commercial price: See IV. Usage

✤ Tips are appreciated. Priority payment for deadline that is less than one month: +50% of original price.

✤ Private commissions or NSFW: +50% of original price.

✤ USD only, invoice and payment via Paypal.

III. PROCESS

​

✤ Please check your messages regularly. I will delay my work whenever I send you my Work In Progress (WIP) or ask you any question about the commission.

✤ You can ask for my WIP after sketch if the price exceeds 80$.

✤ If there is something that I need your confirmation, I will also send you WIPs.

✤ Work depends on difficulty, inspiration, number of clients. It might take longer if there are things that I must experiment. I also have to make occasional social media uploads. If commission is in "working on commissions" or "waitlist open" status (Check the status via Homepage or my Twitter name/bio), work takes 1 month+ to finish.

✤ There are factors that involve delaying commission, such as life plans, occassional day offs or holidays, health condition, or family issues. You will be notified right away.

✤ It will not be first come first served. I try my best to get the right inspiration flow and timing on stressful, heavy workloads.

IV. USAGE

​

For Personal Usage:

✤ The finished product will have my watermark and you need to keep the watermark when uploading on social media.

✤ The following is Copyright infringement and will be added to blacklist:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, making money from the artwork.

• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures.

• Altering the artwork without my consent.

✤ Uploading the work on social media or printing for personal use with the watermark is acceptable.

For Commercial Usage:

✤ A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will be

+20~40$ for start-ups or small business (including individual original content making such as Youtube, Twitch)

+Negotiate price for larger business (at least +100% of the original price for selling merchandise)

 

✤ There will be no watermark from me. However, credit is still required at least in the descriptions, even if altered or edited.

✤ With commercial rights you are allowed to make videos or game/music/vtuber marketing, merchs, replicas, etc. BUT NOT FOR NFT OR AI ART PROVIDING.

✤ Please beware that whether for personal or commercial use, I have the right to use my artwork as my portfolio or post on my social media. Message me from the beginning if you don't want me to do so, however there will be an additional fee for this: Private commissions or NSFWs always come with a 50% fee.

V. CANCELING & REFUNDING

​

✤ The commissioner cannot ask for a refund after payment.

✤ If I had issue, especially health problem, I will refund the commissioner the remaining amount.

VI. BLACKLISTING

​

✤ If you refuse to abide by the rules while commissioning me, you will be blacklisted.

✤ You will forbidden to commission me again, your name will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.

VII. CUSTOMER SERVICE

​

✤ After a commission is finished, I can make changes if there are some mistakes in the drawing or small adjusts. However if there are any other significant changes that requires me to work for more than 2 hour will cost an extra fee. Please add 5$ to get each of a new fix. 

✤ I really appreciate your feedback. All I want is my clients to be happy.

✤ Please be careful of scammers. I only give occasional discounts to loyal clients.

VIII. CREDIT

​

✤ Credit my account directly as @yorunoajisai when you upload the commissioned artwork to the these social medias:

✤ Please credit me in your bio if you want to use the commissioned artwork as your avatar or background or cover photo.
